Business and the High Street are my passion and my calling. I’ve spent 30+ years in the game, starting with an apprenticeship in an independent fashion boutique, progressing through management for independent businesses, scaling up as an area manager for small retail lots, and leading teams in major department stores, including John Lewis (yes, I’m green-blooded!).
As a Business Advisor with The High Street Experts Ltd, I bring deep strategic insight into local economy growth projects. Over the years, I’ve partnered with leading delivery organisations including EMB Group Ltd, Business Link, NBV, and Inspire Leicestershire, to lead high-impact growth initiatives, oversee grant management, deliver targeted start-up programmes, and run interactive cluster workshops designed to up-skill independent business owners.My soul's purpose is helping independent business owners cut through the noise, trust their instincts, and build thriving, sustainable operations. I’m there for my clients when they need me and I’m known for my infectious positivity, a coconut cappuccino with my market traders, a big dose of motivation, some serious passion and next level customer service.
